Ready to reunite with your inner wildness? Would you like to transform the spells that have been cast over you and turn them into your very own Divine Feminine magic? Working with energy in the body through Breathwork, Reiki, tantric meditation and storytelling medicine we will come together to re-emerge as the Wild Women that we are! Fearless, intuitive, and free – and certain of what your soul wants in this world!
In this season of the witch, you will take away a tantric tool kit that will have you harness the thoughts of the mind, so to heal yourself and this planet. With coaching and guidance, and storytelling, unhelpful thought patterns and painful thoughts will be transformed into cosmic gateways. Running with the wolves, we will scamper through the forests, chant into our collective wounds - and make room for the fairies and goddesses that we are!
“The doors to the world of the Wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a sane life, that is a door.” - Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Women Who Run with Wolves. What we will be doing?
- Via Breathwork, storytelling and Reiki, Lucy will be assisting people in releasing the energy blocks that stop us from connecting with our inner "Wild Woman" and our freedom.
- Working with the "Women Who Run with The Wolves" text by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, we will be listening to read aloud sections of the book with our bodies, envisioning by ourselves and in a group what freedom and wildness could feel and look like to us in our everyday lives and dreams.
- Within the circle, there will be lots of supportive opportunities for discussion, interaction and questions.
