Together, will be talking all things Self-Esteem, Self-Love and Happiness. Carly Ann creates a safe space to come together and learn how you can do more for your wellbeing - it doesn't matter where you are on your journey, everyone is welcome.
We've all heard 'Happiness Starts from Within'. In this workshop you will explore this in more depth. You will learn where true happiness & confidence stems from so that you can put an end to the struggles of searching in all the wrong places.
Come along for meaningful chats on this Sunday afternoon. Carly Ann will share with you her own experience, help you better understand Self-Love and give you the key practical tools you need to improve your Self-Esteem and overall Wellbeing.
Using a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy; Carly Ann has helped people overcome difficulties and make significant positive changes in their lives.
In particular, this workshop focusses on the concept of self-love. Sharing how happiness and overcoming many problems comes from treating yourself as your very own best friend. You will walk away with the skills to treat yourself with the same respect and kindness you show others, you create a better mind-set, enabling you to take risks, follow dreams and stop comparing yourself.
During this workshop you will:
- Look at how low self-esteem develops and stands in the way of your happiness and dreams
- Discuss what maintains Low Self-Esteem and how you can change it
- Talk about self-love and how you can be kinder to yourself on a daily basis - this will give you the boost you need to get out of your comfort zone and follow those dreams :)
- Have the opportunity to meet other people who are going through similar experiences
This workshop is for you if you feel ready for something new but don't know how to take your first step. This may be overcoming anxiety, meeting new friends, improving relationships or accepting yourself.
This will be a small group; an intimate discussion will really help you connect, learn, share & grow.
