Natalie Owen and ‘Vanessa Vinyasa’ will be hosting an afternoon of selfcare loveliness. They wanted something that reflected the fact this is both an afternoon of you-time, London-life stops for a few hours while you drop in, but they also want to share some wisdom, some that they’ve learnt from teachers wiser than themselves, and some from our own experiences. They want you to have both a lovely afternoon, and learn some new tricks to take away for your tool kit.
This is likely to be the first of a number of afternoons of loveliness from Natalie and Vanessa. The first one will be hosted at East of Eden yoga studio. Lie back in a big open space, bathed in natural light, breathing air from the living wall. And allow us to guide you through 2 hours of embodied movement inquiry, breathwork, yin & nidra.
We do hope you can join us ✨
