This workshop explores ways of bringing more pleasure and joy to your life within the context of a yoga practice and beyond, timed for the summer months when energy is naturally more uplifting and joyful.
Expect meditation, breathwork and embodied flowing movement, specifically linked to exploring and experiencing joy and pleasure.
We’ll also use journaling as a tool for discovery of some of the beliefs we hold about these important human experiences.
Natalie is an embodied yoga teacher, wellbeing coach and wellness event facilitator. She combines a range of backgrounds in psychology, yoga, self development with personal exploration to deliver experiences that encourage people to explore how they live and discover new ways to live with greater calm, lightness and joyfulness.
