This workshop explores ways of bringing more pleasure and joy to your life within the context of a yoga practice and beyond, timed for the summer months when energy is naturally more uplifting and joyful.
We bring you an amazing high-energy and deep diving mix of our renowned RAVE plus Yoga followed by Workshops, Food Market, Gong Bath, Drum Circles, Ecstatic Dance, Charity Events, Kids Area, Artists Market and evening entertainments and zero alcohol cocktail bar - in a fantastic INDOOR AND OUTDOOR venue right here in London - what could be better?!
Natalie Owen and ‘Vanessa Vinyasa’ will be hosting an afternoon of selfcare loveliness. They wanted something that reflected the fact this is both an afternoon of you-time, London-life stops for a few hours while you drop in, but they also want to share some wisdom, some that they’ve learnt from teachers wiser than themselves, and some from our own experiences. They want you to have both a lovely afternoon, and learn some new tricks to take away for your tool kit.
Do you ever feel like you just need to let your hair down and get wild? To get fierce; to be seen and to be heard. If you responded yes, I invite you to come and be part of a sound and movement journey as we open our hearts and become more present to our own power. Come and join us, as we meditate, stamp, dance, use our voices and breath to shift and release stuck stagnant emotion and move through to a new way of being to invite in more love, light and joy.
A festival of events throughout the month of March celebrating the archetype, power, insights, folklore and magic of the WILD WOMAN. Register your interest below. When event tickets are live we will send you an email!

Join us for a beautiful, uplifting, heart-based yoga practice: 90 minutes of breath-led flow yoga that will focus on opening and lifting the chest - leaving you feeling light and energised (and also a great counteract to the position the body is in when sat at a desk, or on computers & phones!).
Start the year with clarity and focus. The Zodiac runs through our body from head (Aries) to toe (Pisces). Each of us has our own unique body Zodiac. We all store stress in different places. In this reconnective yin yoga workshop we will be working through the signs of the zodiac. Exploring how they relate to the organs and parts of our body with yoga poses for each. Discover which organs and parts of our body which may need strengthening.
This powerful and soul work sheds inhibitions and heightens inner awareness in a safe and carefully monitored group setting. You are guided to allow your innermost creative sides to break free. Tune in to the breath, sound movement and meditation to take an inner journey exploring a state of self-discovery and self-realisation.

A luxurious long weekend for you to relax and regroup after the chaos of Christmas. We’ll be practising Kundalini Yoga, enjoying a gourmet cleansing diet and learning how to align our lifestyles to the rhythm of the moon. With greater awareness of these powerful forces of nature we can work with the available energy rather than against it.
On this evening we will dance and play, while exploring the adventure of life together.
Starting off with storytelling of ancient times, we will honour our ancestors, our early beginnings when communities were united in love. Then we will come together as one tribe, meeting on the dance floor, expressing ourselves freely, sharing the sacred gift of movement medicine with one another.
The day will involve Sanskrit mantra (with guitar, harmonium & djembe drums), yoga, ecstatic dance to live music , deep relaxation and gong meditation.
